This controversial issue is discussed at length in the letters page to Daredevil #137. Notes: First appearance of Mind-Wave. This is the 25-cent cover price edition. There also exists a 35-cent cover price edition which had limited distribution (for market testing). Cover price $0.25.

The Little Wise Guys follow a bank robber onto an ocean liner, and out to sea. Gruesome Jones uses a trick football to play Lucy to Dilly Duncan's Charlie Brown. The backup historical strip features young people and teens. Also featuring an activities page, including gags and a game with a top on a checkerboard.
