Script by Stan Lee. Pencils by Jack Kirby. Inks by Frank Ray (aka Frank Giacoia). Under the mental control of the skull, Captain America invades the Allied Headquarters in London! But his loyal partner, Bucky, will try to stop him from accidentally shooting the Allied Supreme Commander! Fourth story reprinted from Tales of Suspense 68: "The Sentinel and the Spy!"
