The most prominent comic strip stars Superman, who appears fully in costume in the last panel. Of course, other strips also feature very notable Americana icons - Little Orphan Annie, Joe Palooka, Thimble Theater starring Popeye. Single page from newspaper, b&w, measures 16 1/2" x 22" unfolded.
