I want to thank you so much for always packaging the books that you ship so carefully and in such strong boxes. Today I received my copy of Strange Tales 167 from you, but it wasn't in the box that you usually send. There was a label with red printing on the box that said, "We care. Rewrapped at PGH NDC." The post office had cut the cardboard with the label from the original box and taped it onto another box. Inside was a letter from the US Postal Service stating, "We are writing to inform you that regrettably, the enclosed item has been damaged in handling by the U.S. Postal Service." A picture of the letter is also attached to this email. Needless to say, it isn't always possible to replace a comic book! However, thanks to the original packaging that you used, even though that package was destroyed by the equipment at the US Postal Service, the comic book that you sent was still in perfect, undamaged condition. Please have this letter reach the top of your chain of command so that they know that your superior, strong packaging that you use to ship books has saved my book from also being destroyed. Thanks so much for your great service!
