Written by PAUL TOBIN Penciled by ALVIN LEE Cover by ROGER CRUZ It's probably a bad sign when Hercules comes asking for a favor. It's juuuuuust a little job that needs doing, but this is Hercules; isn't he supposed to be REALLY good at doing labors himself? Before they know it, Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Hulk are stuck looking after Orthus and Cerberus, the two legendary hounds of the underworld! Luckily, the dogs learn to behave after chewing up only a few cars, a statue, and Iron Man, and finally they're obedient enough for the Metro Dog Show! Only problem, Hercules wants the dogs back. Oh no, Herc, not before the Hulk gets his ribbon! It's two dogs with five heads between them, and all the action you can handle. 32 PGS./All Ages ...$2.99 Cover price $2.99.

After negotiations (Could the Hulk quit hitting us, please?) the Meteor Men agree not to bombard Earth IF the heroes show them an equally good time on a variety of other planets, and other extreme sports. Will our heroes survive Albernathean Rhino Riding? How about Kree Karaoke? Or the galaxy's most dangerous extreme sport, Black Hole Bungee Jumping? 32 PGS./All Ages Cover price $2.99.

Written by PAUL TOBIN Penciled by ALVIN LEE Cover by ROGER CRUZ KLAW'S GOOD OL' COUNTRY REVIVAL: When Klaw, the master of sound, forms a country and western band, Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Hulk decide to investigate. Unfortunately, the Hulk gets hooked on Klaw's mournful music and, wanting to solve those cliché-ridden problems Klaw so beauuutifully sings about, starts returning every lost (and not so lost) dog to its owner, insists on driving a pickup truck, and goes in for some very extreme 'Hulk-style' relationship counseling. While this draws a lot of media attention to Klaw's band, it's the Hulk (dang it!) getting all the press, making an irritated Klaw VERY jealous. The fight is ON! 32 PGS./All Ages Cover price $2.99.

By Roy Thomas.
In The Marvel Age of Comics 1961-1978, legendary writer and editor Roy Thomas takes you to the heart of this seminal period in comic history - an age of triumphant character and narrative innovation that reinvented the super hero genre.
With more than 500 images and insider insights, the book traces the birth of champions who were both epic in their powers and grounded in a world that readers recognized as close to their own; relatable heroes with the same problems, struggles, and shortcomings as everyone else. Behind it all, we get to know the extraordinary Marvel architects whose names are almost as familiar as the mortals (and immortals!) they brought to life-Stan "The Man" Lee, Jack "King" Kirby, and Steve Ditko, along with a roster of greats like John Romita, John Buscema, Marie Severin, Jim Steranko, and countless others.
the result is a behind-the-scenes treasure trove and a jewel for any comic fan's library, brimming with the innovation and energy of an invincible era for Marvel and its heroes alike.
Hardcover, 6-in. x 9-in., 512 pages, full color.
