The Sub-Mariner leaves Latveria after having second thoughts about forming an alliance with Doctor Doom. Following Prince Namor's departure, the Latverian monarch realizes that he does in fact need help for his various plans of conquest and decides to reach out to the Prince of Atlantis. Meanwhile, the Sub-Mariner visits Hydro-base and is ambushed by a trio of villains: Tiger Shark, Doctor Dorcas, and Attuma! A super slugfest erupts on land and under the sea!
