Burcham's rendition of Frazetta's iconic piece is interesting in that rather than ape Frazetta's style, he keeps the form and design and renders it very much in the aesthetic of Golden Age jungle adventure comics. Pencil, ink, and watercolor with sealant applied over the art area.
