Price drop by 25 cents as compared to last issue. Only issue in which the cover is NOT in color. Cover and the pages in the center of the book are on a light-blue colored paper. Front cover is by Steve Fritz and back cover is by Raymond B. W. Wong This is the final issue of Star-Studded Comics. It was printed on newsprint paper and bound with glue instead of staples. "Let's Talk It Over!" column has letters from Gardner F. Fox, Al Christensen, Harry Warner Jr., Bill Schelly, and Kent Russell. Column also notes that Jim Starlin and Dave Cockrum, who have work in this issue and previous issues, recently became professionals "for the comic publishers in NYC." Also notes that Dr. Weird now has his own comic and that issues one and two are available for 35 cents each. There is a full page ad for issue number two in this issue.
