Windy and Whitey are the dimwittest privates in the Army, as previously seen in the back pages of GI Joe (1951 Ziff Davis). On an overnight hike, Windy and Whitey have trouble putting their tent up, and that's just for starters. Windy and Whitey decide they can get out of the Army if they marry mail-order sweethearts, but the plan backfires in a big way. Sgt. Gruff regrets the day he made Windy and Whitey the new tank crew.
