Front cover is by Steve Fritz and back cover is by Raymond B. W. Wong This is the final issue of Star-Studded Comics. It was printed on newsprint paper and bound with glue instead of staples. "Let's Talk It Over!" column has letters from Gardner F. Fox, Al Christensen, Harry Warner Jr., Bill Schelly, and Kent Russell. Column also notes that Jim Starlin and Dave Cockrum, who have work in this issue and previous issues, recently became professionals "for the comic publishers in NYC."
