This issue includes an excerpt from Fredric Wertham's famous (or infamous) book "Seduction of the Innocent" (which was a Reader's Digest Book-of-the-Month Club alternate selection). The article here, "Comic Books--Blueprints for Delinquency," runs six pages (including a Newsweek sidebar on the growing problem of juvenile delinquency).
