Synopsis | Touched by the needs of poor, starving people in Suicide Slum, the Legion asks Jim Harper for help, and he loans them a movie camera to make a movie on how bad the conditions are so that city residents can help out once they see it. But a gang of crooks decide to steal the film and put Officer Harper and the boys out of the way. |
