Notes | Thought by some to be only available at the NYWF and never circulated on newstands, Error Report #4224 by Karl Wilcox notes that he purchased it in a store in 1964. The book was "published" by JW Books, an imprint of Warren Publishing (Creepy, Eerie), who scooped up the NYWF license for comic books. Warren then subcontracted Western/Gold Key, who held the Flintstones license, to produce the book. (Source: Warren Companion.) A 1965 $0.29 cent reprint exists: see cover scan. |
