Synopsis | Masked thieves rob an armored truck of funds intended to restore a fire-ravaged area. The only clue leads Bob and Scott to three fishermen camping in the forest. Lassie discovers the stolen money buried in their camp but the thieves flee with the loot. As the crooks approach Pinewood Summit, an air tanker drops a load of fire retardant in their path. Bob, Scott, and Lassie nab the thieves. |

Synopsis | When fire breaks out on Grizzly Mesa, Bob notices bears moving out of the area and into a campground. Lassie hears a cry for help and finds Jane cornered by grizzlies. Her father creates a fiasco trying to rescue her, but Lassie protects the girl and drives the bears away. Bob sends Lassie through the smoke to find Scott. Smoke jumpers come to the rescue. |
