Later a speeding car clips the fender of Oswald's car and they follow it to try to get the owner to pay for damages. They get involved with a pair of crooks named Hardrock and Shortfuse, who have found the lost silver mine of the Havanodo Indians. |

Oswald and the boys mount an expedition to the island of Fargonea to bring back some ten-foot tall rabbits to deal with the problem, but Wolfgang and Reddy trail them and try to prevent them from getting to the island. |
