Synopsis | Rip-Cord is taken into the Cobra base (as they think he is Zartan), and Professor Appel discovers the deception; Appel helps Rip-Cord escape as he realizes Cobra Commander has been lying to him about his daughter's safety; The Joes rescue Rip-Cord (Zartan in disguise) and get him off Cobra Island; Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow get within an inch of killing who they think is Zartan (and ain't Rip-Cord lucky they don't succeed). |
