Synopsis | An electrician finds and revives an alien criminal. He psychically enslaves all humanity, forcing them to build him a ship that will help him escape and destroy the Earth. The electrician sabotages the ship and sends him into orbit around the Sun. |

Notes | This story is divided into two chapters: Chapter 1—"The Coming of the Hulk!" (7 pp) and Chapter 2—"Slaves of the Hulk!" (6 pp). The Hulk next appears in Journey Into Mystery #66 (March 1961). This is one of the first two 'feature-length' monster stories published by Marvel (the other was "I Created Krang!" published simultaneously in Tales to Astonish (Marvel, 1959 series) #14).
