Synopsis | Lois is investigating an illegal immigrant smuggling scheme, when two of Congressman Shephard's flunkies named Mike and Burt kidnap her. Meantime, a deep sea submersible is attacked by the Queen of Fables, and Superman rescues them, and takes them to the hospital. Superman meets Mr. Schuman, who invites him to Shabbos dinner. The Queen tracks Superman to Metropolis, and changes reality so that Superman is a knight and prince in a medieval kingdom. She wants Superman to court and marry her. He refuses, so she sends a troll to devour Jimmy. Superman rescues him, and the Queen says he is worthy, but Superman still refuses her, and says he will fight her. She restores reality for now, but warns that she will be back. Lois attacks Mike and attempts to escape, and is rescued by Willis, who is acting strange, and he shoots Mike and Burt. |
