Synopsis | The Justice Machine is unable to defeat a new villain named Deathblow, but he folds immediately when Department Z arrives on the scene. Then, President Zarren launches Chimera, a huge robot designed to deal with all threats to world order. He announces this on television, not waiting for U.N. approval. As the Justice Machine prepare to intervene, they are stopped by Larson and the CYCOPS. |
