Synopsis | In a world where vampires are a sub-culture of American life with all of the rights and privileges this entails, Zombie reanimator Anita Blake is asked by one of the undead to investigate murder among his kind; She declines as she refuses to work for vampires; In fact, among the blood-suckers, she has been dubbed "The Executioner" as she has killed so many who have broken the law; Anita and two gal-pals have a bachelorette party at Guilty Pleasures, a vampire strip club, where one of Anita's best friends is brought under a vampire's spell; Trying to resolve the situation, Anita is attacked. |
