Notes With thanks and apologies to John Buscema and Paul Smith Kurt Busiek response to Michael May in TheREHcomicsgroup@yahoogroups.com regarding the story Conan's Favorite Joke. It was John Buscema, in an interview, who made a comment about Conan's favorite joke involving a death or a decapitation; I don't remember the details. Paul Smith drew a one- panel cartoon based on the premise that hung on the wall of the CONAN editor for years. Bruce's and my story is inspired by John's comment and Paul's cartoon.
