But he doesn't think he can as long as he has his spider-powers. So with that thought in mind, the young scientist creates a special potion -- which he believes will eliminate his remarkable abilities. After Peter drinks the potion, he lies down to sleep. And when he wakes up...he gets the biggest shock of his amazing life! Flashback cameos by Aunt May, J. Jonah Jameson, Betty Brant, Gwen Stacy, and Captain Stacy. (Notes: There have been many homages to John Romita's classic cover including the covers to Marvel Tales 100, Ultimate Spider-Man (2000) 100B, and Peter Parker (2017) #1EBAY.
