One of the classic Captain America issues of the bronze age! As the Sentinel of Liberty meets the Punisher for the first time! Per war journal entry number 510, Frank Castle has two Brooklyn mob bosses marked for death. But the borough of Brooklyn is the home of the red, white, and blue avenger. And when Cap discovers what the Punisher is planning, he rushes to stop him! Can the Living Legend talk the Punisher out of killing the crime bosses? Fat chance! Captain America must stop the Punisher by force! Cameo appearance by Anna Kapplebaum. (Notes: This issue is one of the Punisher's first appearances outside the Amazing Spider-Man title.
