1979. Fanzine published by Steven R. Johnson for the Comics Heroines Fan Club. "The Fantasy Art of Lela Dowling". This compact art portfolio is subtitled "The Fantasy Art of Lela Dowling" and is exclusively dedicated to the talented pencils of Lela Dowling. Features a photo and short biography of the artist followed by many beautiful renditions of dragons, fairies, elves, unicorns, minotaurs, women with swords, etc, plus Lela's own interpretations of two well known heroines, Vampirella and Red Sonja. There is also an example of her very own college newspaper strip called Lela's Last Laugh. Cardstock cover, 6 1/8" x 7 1/2", b&w, 36 pages on white paper. Cover price $1.50.
