This issue was entirely done by the Simon-Kirby team (all art by Kirby) to take the magazine in an new direction, telling fantasy stories in the trademark Kirby style. This issue introduces Mister Zimmer, a ghost who tells two eager children spooky stories - but not spooky enough to violate the new Comics Code.
