    Stories by Hal Seeger. The oddly named Muggy-Doo is a junkyard cat and a junk peddler by trade, but a con artist by inclination. Osh, a hound-dog in a fez, gets double-pranked by Muggy-Doo when the cat floods his house, then masquerades as a plumber. Muggy-Doo sets out to swindle Orry Orangutan, snake-oil salesman style, by creating problems for the ape and then selling him the solutions. Doc helps Osh escape the evil grip of Voodoo Vermin.
