    Bugs Bunny (Puffed Rice Giveaway) Mailing Envelopes (1949) have an illustration of Bugs Bunny on the front with a word balloon designating which Set has been ordered. Each envelope contained a set of pocket-sized comic books that were originally offered for .15c by cutting and sending in the coupon which appeared on the back label of select boxes of Quaker Puffed Wheat cereal boxes. There were three sets (A, B, & C). Each set contained five comics chronicling the hilarious adventures of one of the most beloved cartoon characters in history, Bugs Bunny.
