    Spalding Official Sports Series No. 2: Inside Football (1947) is a sports promotional comic book featuring coaches and Hall of Fame players as they teach youngsters how to improve their football skills. Players featured include Sammy Baugh (Washington Redskins), Sid Luckman (Chicago Bears), Don Hutson (Green Bay Packers), Ken Strong (New York Giants), Chet Gladchuk (New York Giants), Lou Little (Coach - Columbia University), and Grantland Rice, a sports writer of the period. Also featured is a brief tour of the A. G. Spalding factory in New York. Full color, 16 pages, standard comic book dimensions, newsprint covers and interior, no cover price. NOTE: Many copies were mailed to readers; such copies have a mailing label on the back cover.
