"The Big Push"; Jughead thinks Moose is scared of him. Courtin' Trouble; Archie tricks Moose into vacating the tennis court and tricks the gang into believing that he stood up to Moose. "Dates and Nuts," script by Frank Doyle, art by Bill Vigoda; Jughead's explanation of Veronica's dating strategy to Betty, and later to Archie and Reggie, causes a series of problems that ultimately land on Jughead's doorstep. "Sundaes Used to be Called Sundays" trivia article. "Dressed To Spill," script by Frank Doyle, pencils by Harry Lucey, inks by Terry Szenics; Jughead gets fifty dollars from an aunt to buy himself new clothes; Veronica and Archie immediately volunteer to show him what to buy, whether he likes it or not. Each issue had 20 pages. In addition to comic stories, issues featured puzzles, editorials, and letters columns. The stories, including ones by Carl Barks, were serialized and often printed one page per issue, but each issue ended with one complete story. As a result, many stories were resized to five or six lines per page.
