Editing Jack Schiff
Notes Cover does not appear to be Jim Mooney, as credited elsewhere [original indexer's comment]. Ted Watson asserts "Take a good look at Batwoman and compare her to Supergirl figures drawn by Mooney in her series in Action Comics, the hair, other than color, in particular but by no means exclusively. He had something to do with this." Mike Tiefenbacher has confirmed this cover was indeed done by Dick Dillon (April 22, 2006), "...he had done nearly 100 non-Blackhawk DC covers for Jack Schiff during this period...", per Mike.
