Synopsis Adolph Hitler sends Dr. Fang in a missile to attack London. While there, he tries to poison the water supply. P.I. Jake Castle tries to stop him, but falls into the foul chemical mix Fang created and is transformed into a living blob of protoplasm. When he realizes he can control his shape, be becomes Protoplasman and tracks down Fang, who gets away after causing the death of Jake's brother Butch. Jake swears revenge!
